Welcome to G.A.M.E.R. – Goal Tracker, operated by Stephanie Sandifer, doing business as Lagniappe Learning (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Use of the App
G.A.M.E.R. is a productivity and goal-tracking application designed to help users manage habits, tasks, and personal goals through a gamified system.
The app is provided for personal use only and is not intended to provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be 13 years or older to use the app.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

7. Intellectual Property
All content and software in the app, including design, graphics, and code, are owned by Stephanie Sandifer, doing business as Lagniappe Learning, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and used.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the app available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
