How do I create goals or habits?
After creating an account, you can add goals, habits, and tasks directly from the dashboard. These actions help you track daily progress toward your long-term objectives.
Can I edit or delete my data?
Yes. You maintain full control of your data. Goals, habits, tasks, and notes can be edited or deleted within the app at any time. You can edit or delete individual goals (quests), habits, tasks, etc, from their respective screens, or delete all data and your account from your profile page.
How do notifications work?
Notifications are optional and can be enabled or disabled in your device settings on your Profile screen. They are used only to remind you of habits, tasks, or progress updates.
Does the app sync across devices?
If enabled, the app can use iCloud to sync your data across your Apple devices. This feature is optional, and can be anabled on your Profile screen.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly within the app settings on your Profile screen. Deleting your account permanently removes your stored data.
